SO I’m doing this site’s plan for getting to be able to do 100 consecutive pushups. If you can do over 30 (or maybe over 25), you can skip the first few weeks. It’s a really simple plan, and I just finished the second workout for week 3—took all of 15 minutes. So pumped, I already feel stronger! Go humanity!
